We are now looking for another team member to join us in Procurement Department as Procurement Intern
What you’ll be doing:
- support sourcing activities, including supplier research, quotation collection, and comparison of commercial offers;
- assist in the preparation, processing, and follow-up of purchase requests in line with internal procedures;
- analyse procurement data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and areas for process improvement;
- prepare and update reports, dashboards, and presentations for the Procurement Manager;
- maintain procurement records, documentation, and supplier-related information in internal systems;
- coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate purchasing processes;
- provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the buyers.
What we’d love for you to have:
- degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a related field, or currently studying towards one;
- good analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and data;
- good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
- proactive attitude and willingness to learn;
- good communication skills and ability to work effectively with different teams;
- good level of English.

If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage:
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Expertise in commercial relationship
