Your Role
The intern will support the corporate Quality Management System team in the operational and monitoring activities of the Quality System at the Agordo site, contributing to the maintenance of group certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, MDSAP, ISO 14155) and to the support of key QMS processes, with a specific focus on internal audits, non-conformity and CAPA management, surveillance activities with external laboratories, metrological management of instruments and digitalization of quality workflows.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the planning, preparation and follow-up of internal audit activities, including evidence collection, action monitoring and update of internal systems.
- Support the management of non-conformities and CAPAs, contributing to their registration, follow-up and progress tracking.
- Participate in surveillance activities in collaboration with external laboratories, including report collection and analysis, monitoring of results and support in the management of potential anomalies or deviations.
- Support the metrological management of instruments, including calibration monitoring, due date management, register updates and operational coordination with laboratories and involved functions.
- Contribute to quality process digitalization initiatives, including data entry, data verification, improvement of digital workflows, support to internal portals and preparation of dashboards/reporting.
- Support document management and approval workflows on company portals, ensuring traceability, completeness and update of quality procedures.
- Support the activities required to maintain ISO 9001, ISO 13485, MDSAP and ISO 14155 certifications, contributing to the preparation of evidence, reports and required follow-ups.
Main Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or scientific disciplines, also ongoing.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
- Good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
- Accuracy, analytical mindset and teamwork attitude.
- Good command of English..
