IT Logistic Digital Business Analyst:
The successful candidate will operate within the Information Technology & Digital Department, with a particular focus on production, logistics/distribution, commercial, and marketing processes for Compressed Technical Gases, translating functional requirements into supporting technological tools. Additionally, they will manage Application Maintenance activities.
Therefore, the resource will be responsible for managing the following activities:
Active participation in ongoing software implementation projects for the supply chain area, with a focus on Compressed Technical Gases;
Participation in innovative national and international projects;
Project-based management of daily maintenance activities and coordination of support requests to assist users, ensuring system operational continuity;
Supporting the evolution of IT systems;
Gathering business requirements for continuous process improvement and drafting functional analyses;
Verification and validation of functional and technical analyses, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations;
Supervision of programming activities carried out by vendors within their area of competence;
Definition and execution of test plans;
Release management and post-go-live support;
Support for system validation within the relevant scope;
Support and training for field operators in the use of IT tools.
Requirements
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in scientific disciplines (preferably Engineering or Computer Science) and possesses the following characteristics:
At least three years of experience gained in structured, preferably multinational, environments, with a particular focus on process analysis within the supply chain area;
Knowledge of processes and systems supporting the aforementioned activities, as well as their integration across systems;
Previous experience in implementation projects and Application Maintenance activities;
Good knowledge of the main IT tools available on the market and experience in managing digital transformation, supply chain, and process review projects;
Project management skills;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
Results-oriented and proactive attitude;
Good communication and team-building skills;
Interest in corporate organization and IT processes supporting the business;
Fluency in English;
Willingness to undertake short and sometimes frequent business trips to support the various companies of the Group;
Preferable knowledge of applications developed on the Microsoft Azure platform and knowledge of SQL databases;
Preferable familiarity with specific processes for the Compressed Technical Gases sector;
Preferable background in highly regulated contexts, particularly GxP.
