YOUR TASKS
-
Administrate the customer contracts for different brands in Italy
-
Manage Promotional budgets for over 100 countries worldwide
-
Check accuracy of Customer Invoices and advice payments
-
Data Management in ERP system SAP/VISTEX
-
Be the first point of contact for the sales force for Rebate management
-
Prepare analysis and evaluations to support the international Sales Department
-
Strong collaboration with internal departments e.g. Controlling/Accounting/Customer Service
-
Support improvement projects on processes and tools
YOUR PROFILE
-
2-3 years working experience in a similar position, especially Administration/Accounting
-
Very good Excell knowledge
-
Autonomous, structured and well organized
-
Precise way of working and attention to detail
-
High ability to deal with facts and figures
-
Fluent in English and Italian, German is a plus
