Product Designer - Footwear:
For our Creativity & Design team, we are looking for a Product Designer who will be responsible for translating the product brief into footwear product design, ensuring the optimal balance between aesthetics, brand design language, innovation, and product performance.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contribute to the industrial design of footwear products and to the early development stages with suppliers, ensuring compliance with the product brief requirements in terms of quality, performance, materials, aesthetic and functional innovation, target price, and brand design language;
Prepare and update style sheets and tech packs based on concepts developed internally or by external design studios, providing suppliers with all the information required for the creation of physical prototypes;
Participate in the development process of assigned projects, effectively managing product timelines, target costs, and requirements defined with the Product and Brand teams;
Collaborate in the definition of materials, finishes, and colorways according to brand requirements;
Participate in the refinement phase of development samples, supporting the identification and implementation of necessary improvements;
Manage and update 2D technical drawings related to patterns and hard components;
Review 3D models to assess volumes, construction, and technical details, sharing modification guidelines with suppliers when necessary;
Collect and analyze product feedback from internal teams, testing activities, and the market, with the aim of supporting the continuous improvement of product design.
YOUR SKILLS:
Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (InDesign,Photoshop,Illustrator);
Proficiency in 3D design software (Rhinoceros);
Familiarity with the technical and aesthetic characteristics of technical footwear products, with the ability to translate them into design concepts and drawings;
Technical English proficiency;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
Willingness and availability to travel.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Industrial Design or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in a Product Designer role.

WHAT WE OFFER
Permanent full-time employment with classification at Level 3 of the applicable Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL), with an indicative gross annual salary ranging from €27,000 to €33,000.
Compensation and job classification are determined according to structured, transparent and non-discriminatory criteria, taking into account the market positioning of the role, technical and interpersonal skills, previous experience, years of professional experience, and any qualifications, certifications or credentials relevant to the position.
