Description :
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, your essential duties and responsabilities will be :

Delivery and commissioning of equipment.

On-site interventions at customer locations in response to warranty requests.

Troubleshooting and repair activities.

Providing technical expertise and support.
-
User training and 1st level maintenance for customers.

Activity-related reporting (intervention reports and closure, customer feedback, etc.)

Application of service bulletins.
Profil recherché :
What we are looking for :
With a higher education qualification in maintenance/electrical, you have at least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
You have solid technical and troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of the following fields:

Mechanics
-
Electrical engineering
-
Hydraulics
-
Automation (CANbus preferred)
-
Refrigeration / Air conditioning
As a true ambassador for TLD, you demonstrate a strong sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills. Fluency in both English and Italian is essential for this position.
This position requires extensive travel, most of thetime from Monday to Friday, throughout the country.
We will support you by training on our products and tools. Training will take place in our European factories (France, Belgium and the UK).
