Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting a Coffe Specialist.
Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related the Bar.
- This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic and service-oriented Barista / Coffee Specialist able to deliver an authentic, professional and memorable guest experience, in line with luxury hospitality and Marriott standards.

What you’ll do
- Prepare coffee, hot and cold beverages according to company standards
- Ensure quality, consistency, and speed of service
- Properly operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and bar equipment
- Keep the workstation clean, organized, and compliant with HACCP standards
- Deliver warm, professional, and personalized service to guests
- Collaborate with floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Monitor stock levels, products, and daily operational needs
- Support the team during breakfast, lunch, aperitivo, or special events when required
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience as a Barista
- Excellent knowledge of Italian coffee culture
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Strong communication skills and guest-oriented mindset
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and team spirit
- Good command of the English language
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays
