Job Description

Monitor HSE training and competency requirements, identify gaps, coordinate training activities and ensure qualifications remain valid and up to date.

Coordinate occupational health activities, including medical appointments, fitness-to-work records, and compliance monitoring for employees across office, service and site operations.

Coordinate PPE and workwear management, including procurement, distribution, inventory tracking and record keeping for employees and site personnel.

Maintain and organize HSE databases, qualification platforms and document management systems, ensuring accurate records, timely submissions and efficient access to information.

Support the development of relevant HSE deliverables (e.g. POS, DVR, DUVRI, PSC, work instructions, operational instructions and forms).
Qualifications
-
Degree in Tecniche della Prevenzione nell'Ambiente e nei Luoghi di Lavoro (TPALL), Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, similar.

ASPP qualification or willingness to obtain it.

Basic knowledge of Italian HSE legislation (D.Lgs. 81/08).

Fluency in Italian and English.

Compensation
- Basic wage component (gross): 41000 euros per year
- This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
