We manage boutique accommodations, serviced apartments, and short stay properties for leisure and business travellers. Our goal is to provide comfortable, reliable, and memorable stays through strong local operations and responsive guest service.
We are looking for a Hospitality Operations Coordinator m f d who can support the daily operation of our properties in Naples. You will coordinate guest services, housekeeping schedules, maintenance requests, property readiness, and communication between internal teams and external service providers.
This is a hands on mid level position for someone who is organised, dependable, and comfortable managing several operational priorities at the same time.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations Coordination
Coordinate the daily activities of assigned properties and ensure that accommodations are clean, prepared, properly supplied, and ready for guest arrivals.
Guest Support
Respond to guest questions and operational concerns before, during, and after their stay. Resolve issues professionally and escalate complex matters when necessary.
Housekeeping Coordination
Prepare cleaning schedules, communicate check in and check out priorities, and confirm that housekeeping standards are consistently maintained.
Maintenance Management
Record and coordinate maintenance requests with approved technicians and suppliers. Follow up on repairs and confirm that issues have been resolved.
Booking and Arrival Preparation
Review upcoming reservations, special requests, arrival instructions, and property access requirements to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Supplier Coordination
Communicate with cleaning teams, laundry providers, maintenance contractors, and other local suppliers to support reliable property operations.
Property Inspections
Conduct regular property checks and document cleanliness, maintenance, safety, inventory, and presentation concerns.
Operational Reporting
Maintain accurate records of guest issues, maintenance activities, supplier performance, property inspections, and operational expenses.
Team Communication
Provide clear updates to management and work closely with reservations, guest services, housekeeping, and finance teams.
What We Are Looking For
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in hospitality operations, hotel coordination, serviced apartments, property management, or a related role.
Operational Skills
Strong organisational ability with experience coordinating staff, suppliers, schedules, guest requests, and property requirements.
Guest Service
A professional and solution focused approach to guest communication, complaint handling, and service recovery.
Technology
Comfortable using property management systems, booking platforms, email, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools.
Language Skills
Fluent Italian is required. Good working English is required for communication with international guests.
Local Knowledge
Good knowledge of Naples and the surrounding area is highly desirable.
Availability
Ability to support occasional evening, weekend, or holiday operational requirements based on guest arrivals and property needs.
Mindset
You are practical, calm under pressure, and focused on finding solutions. You understand that small operational details can make a major difference to the guest experience.
