Job Overview:
InPost Italy is seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Expert to drive end-to-end recruitment activities across the Italian market.
The role will partner closely with business leaders to attract, identify and hire top talent, ensuring alignment with business needs and company growth priorities. The position requires both strategic sourcing capabilities and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Delivery
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and seniority levels
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and job requirements
Lead the selection process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management
Ensure high-quality delivery across all hiring pipelines
2. Sourcing Strategy & Talent Pipeline
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
Actively identify and engage passive candidates through direct search
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles
Develop and manage relationships with universities and academic institutions
Represent the company in career days and recruitment events to attract early talent
3. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Represent InPost employer brand across all candidate interactions
Support and participate in employer branding initiatives, including university engagement and career events
4. Data & Process Optimization
Monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, quality of hire, pipeline conversion)
Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools
Ensure proper usage of ATS and data accuracy
5. Vendor Management
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and suppliers
Ensure quality, efficiency and cost control across vendors
Key Skills:
Minimum 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring processes independently
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth or multinational environments preferred
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in sourcing and headhunting techniques
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
Solid understanding of recruitment KPIs and reporting
Knowledge of Italian labour market dynamics
Soft Skills & Leadership
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
High level of autonomy and ownership
Hands-on and delivery-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
