CRM Specialist:
We are looking for a data-driven and customer-focused CRM Specialist to own and drive B2C customer relationship management initiatives across Italy, Spain, and Portugal. The role is central to defining and executing CRM strategies that drive customer retention, loyalty, and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:
CRM Strategy & Customer Lifecycle: Define and implement CRM strategies across the Mediterranean region, managing the full customer lifecycle (renewal, upselling, cross-selling) to drive retention, loyalty, and revenue growth.
Campaign Management & Automation: Design, execute, and optimize automated customer journeys and campaigns in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to improve engagement and efficiency.
Segmentation & Customer Value: Develop segmentation models and apply customer value management principles to enable personalized initiatives and prioritize high-value segments.
Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Monitor key CRM KPIs (churn, renewal, retention, campaign performance), analyse results, and identify opportunities to enhance processes, automation, and data usage.
Cross-Channel Collaboration & Customer Experience: Partner with digital and phone sales/service teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints, supporting retention and loyalty initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in CRM management or customer lifecycle marketing in a B2C environment, preferably across multiple countries
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot), with solid expertise in campaign automation, segmentation, and customer data analysis
Good understanding of customer value management, lifecycle marketing, and key CRM KPIs (churn, renewal, retention, redemption)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, digital, call centre, sales)
Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish or Portuguese is an advantage
Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving customer experience through data-driven marketing

What we offer:
Placement is offered at the B job classification & remuneration, in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL ANIA - AISA) for non-managerial employees and the Contratto Integrativo Aziendale Supplementary Agreement. The initial gross annual salary ranges between €35.000 and €40.000. The final offer will be defined based on the candidate’s professional experience, technical and soft skills relevant to the role, and may include an individual variable component.
