POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a bright, dedicated F&B Host/Hostess Trainee to support the Restaurant team during the breakfast, lunch and dinner service, satisfying all guests needs and exceeding their expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the first point of contact when guests enter the dining area;
- Welcome guest according to the resort standards and escort them to their table;
- Assisting the F&B leadership team on ensuring the overall dinning experience expectations of the guest;
- Satisfying guest needs and exceeding their expectations by projecting a positive hotel image through proper grooming, appropriate verbal communication, and taking responsibility of guest needs;
- Keeping high personal grooming standards and maintaining a neat uniform;
- Assisting in the setup and breakdown of special events and functions;
- Support the F&B Hostess during opening and closing responsabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of dining and kitchen procedures helpful;
- Good communication skills;
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards.
