Responsibilities

- Concierge Services Promotion
- Booking & Coordination
- Customer Database Management:
- Guest Communication & Service Coordination
- Dinghy Dock Operations
- Reporting & handling payments
- Customer corner upkeep
Qualifications
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent guest service.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle multiple requests efficiently.
- Tech-skills: Basic knowledge of Google Docs and WhatsApp Messenger.
- Experience in concierge services, hospitality, in the yachting industry is an advantage.
- Highly responsible, proactive, and a strong team player.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Work Conditions:
- Seasonal contract from June to mid-September.
- Working hours: shift work with 1 day off per week
