Specific required skills and qualifications:
diploma in Engineering disciplines with specialization in QHSE or related discipline
direct experience and knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in oil and gas drilling and production sites, refineries, including: Hazardous Materials, Risk Analysis, Emergency Response management and equipment maintenance needs related to the oil & gas industry
experience in developing, implementing, operating and maintaining HSE management system and audits, including: Personal Protection Means, Permit To Wok, Health Protection, etc.
experience assessing HSE training needs, creating training materials, and delivering the training
