Siamo alla ricerca di un/a Junior Accountant Part Time da inserire nel nostro team.
- Contabilità Clienti (Accounts Receivable):
Emissione attiva delle fatture (inclusa la fatturazione elettronica), registrazione degli incassi e gestione dei conti clienti.
- Contabilità Fornitori (Accounts Payable):
Registrazione delle fatture ricevute, gestione dello scadenziario, esecuzione dei pagamenti ai fornitori e gestione dei conti fornitori.
Preparazione di incassi, pagamenti e trasferimenti di fondi.
Riconciliazione dei conti, compensazioni, ratei e risconti, gestione delle ritenute e registrazioni di prima nota cassa.

- Supporto Contabile alle Filiali Estere
- Supporto nella Predisposizione del Bilancio
- Supporto nella Preparazione degli Accantonamenti Fiscali, delle Dichiarazioni Fiscali Dirette e Indirette e della Reportistica Fiscale
- Supporto nella Preparazione di Budget/Piani e Relative Revisioni
- Supporto nella Predisposizione della Documentazione per Revisori e Consigli di Amministrazione
Qualifiche minime
Laurea in Economia, Finanza, Diploma di Ragioneria o simili.
Conoscenza di Microsoft Office, in particolare di Excel.
Capacità di mantenere un'elevata accuratezza nella gestione dei registri contabili e nella redazione di report finanziari.
Spiccate doti di problem solving e capacità di analizzare dati e tendenze finanziarie.
Eccellenti abilità nella comunicazione verbale e scritta per interfacciarsi con diversi reparti e stakeholder esterni.
Attitudine a gestire molteplici compiti, rispettando scadenze in un ambiente dinamico.
Comprensione dei principi contabili e delle normative fiscali.
Fluente conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese, sia scritto che parlato

Description
We are looking for a Junior Accountant Part Time (Fragile Workers according to Law 68/99)
The Accounting Officer will perform the following tasks:
- Accounts Receivable: active invoicing (including electronic invoicing), recording customer payments, and managing customer accounts
- Accounts Payable: recording incoming invoices, managing the payment schedule, processing supplier payments, and managing supplier accounts
- Bank Accounting: preparing collections, payments, and fund transfers
- General Accounting: reconciliation of accounts, compensations, accruals and deferrals, withholdings, and cash journal entries
- Fixed Asset Accounting
- Accounting Support for Foreign Branches
- Assistance in Preparing the Financial Statements
- Assistance in Preparing Tax Provisions, Direct and Indirect Tax Returns, and Fiscal Reporting
- Support in Preparing Budgets/Plans and Related Revisions
- Assistance in Preparing Documentation for Auditors and Board of Directors Meetings
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Chartered Accountant qualification or similar.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial record-keeping and reporting.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze financial data and trends.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with different departments and external stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Solid understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations.

Fluency in English and Italian, both written and oral

Flexible - Part Time minimum 24 hours – more hours depending on experience
