Inspired Education Group is seeking a well-qualified and dynamic Psychology Teacher to join one of our schools in the Milan area.
The successful candidate will teach Psychology within the IB Diploma Programme, delivering engaging, concept-driven lessons that challenge and inspire academically ambitious students. The role requires strong subject knowledge in both disciplines, confidence with IB assessment requirements, and the ability to contribute positively to a collaborative department.

- Teach Psychology within the IB Diploma Programme
- Plan and deliver high-quality, inquiry-based lessons aligned with IB philosophy
- Prepare students effectively for Internal Assessments and external examinations
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to support student progress
- Monitor and analyse assessment data to inform teaching strategies
- Contribute to collaborative planning, moderation and curriculum development
- Maintain high standards of academic integrity and classroom practice
- Engage positively with parents and the wider school community
- Uphold safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times
Essential
- A degree in Psychology
- A recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Mathematics and/or Psychology at upper secondary level
- Strong understanding of IB Diploma Programme assessment requirements
- Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills
- Legal right to live and work in Italy (EU passport or valid work permit)
Desirable
- Experience teaching IB DP Mathematics (AA or AI)
- Experience teaching IB DP Psychology
- Experience in an international school environment
- Italian language skills (advantageous but not essential)
