Job Description
About the role
We are looking for a motivated Layout Engineering Intern to join our Engineering team in Milan.
During the internship, you will support the development of plant layout solutions for Waste-to-Energy and Renewable Gas projects while working alongside experienced engineers in an international EPC environment. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills and gain hands-on experience in industrial plant engineering.
Your responsibilities

Support the development of plant layouts and 3D models for Waste-to-Energy and Renewable Gas projects.

Assist in the preparation, review, and update of layout drawings and engineering documentation.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to coordinate design activities.

Apply accessibility, maintainability, and constructability principles in plant layout design.

Participate in technical meetings and contribute to international EPC project activities.
Qualifications

High school degree in Mechanical, Energy, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of 3D CAD tools and 3D modeling

Strong interest in industrial plants, mechanical design, and layout engineering.

Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Fluent in Italian and English, with good communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation
Basic wage component: 1000 EUR/month
This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
