Job Title: Architect
Position Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Architect specializing in luxury custom millwork for high-end residential or hospitality projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring design intent is translated into buildable, precise, and approved solutions that meet the highest standards of quality.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead on-site surveys, personally measuring and validating all site conditions—no
- assumptions allowed.
- Analyze client architectural drawings, identifying gaps, conflicts, and missing information,
- and maintain a Technical Missing Information Log.
- Produce fully coordinated working drawings (from initial drafts to final, locked sets) that
- align client intent, technical feasibility, and budget constraints.
- Manage client alignment loops, ensuring design feedback is resolved within controlled
- cycles.
- Align materials and samples with final drawings, overseeing sample approvals to ensure
- exact matches.
- Validate supplier executive drawings against approved designs, stopping production if
- discrepancies arise.
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in luxury custom millwork, with a portfolio of high-end residential orhospitality projects ($5M+).
- Mastery in producing shop drawings and ensuring buildable solutions.
- Deep understanding of millwork materials and fabrication processes.Strong decision-making, precision, and ability to operate within controlled processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €29,201.21 - €400,000.00 per year
