As Event Coordinator you will be the key point of contact for our guests will be the main lead in creating unforgettable memories for our guests, providing a high level of service.
Your responsibilities include:

Supporting in the organizational part before the event.

Ensuring high levels of cleanliness and maintenance of all conference spaces and breakout areas.

Overseeing every moment of the event.

Ensuring the satisfaction of our guests is always at the top.

Taking care of post-event guaranteeing that our guests are leaving with a smile.

Issuing the bill and making sure the payment enters correctly.
