Position: Patient Service Manager – Milan Clinic
This role is central to maintaining the highest standards of patient experience, administrative efficiency, and international service quality at our Milan clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Experience & Reception Management
- Supervise reception operations and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
- Oversee patient registration, scheduling, and appointment coordination
- Guarantee top-quality service at every step of the patient journey
- Support daily clinic readiness and ensure full compliance with AMC service standards
Administrative & Communication Support
- Act as liaison between patients, doctors, and administrative teams
- Manage inquiries and correspondence professionally via phone, email, and in person
- Support documentation, translations, and reporting as needed
- Monitor front-desk systems and promptly address any operational issues
Insurance & Payments
- Coordinate with international and local insurers for coverage verification and GOPs
- Manage payment processes and ensure accurate invoicing
- Uphold confidentiality and compliance with AMC insurance SOPs
Service Excellence
- Ensure full adherence to AMC’s communication and privacy standards
- Address patient feedback professionally and proactively
- Support evening or weekend shifts when needed for continuity of care
Candidate Profile
Italian – mandatory
English – mandatory
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Professional, service-oriented, and proactive attitude
Experience in healthcare administration or hospitality management preferred
