The Account Manager North Italy is responsible for:

Developing and implementing a sales strategy for the assigned territory to ensure the achievement of agreed financial targets;

Planning and conducting regular visits to existing customers to monitor their needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction;
-
Managing Channel Partners effectively, driving their sales force to meet and exceed targets;
-
Reviewing and validating the sales funnel to assess realistic win probabilities and preparing periodic reports on sales performance and opportunities;
-
Conduct demonstrations independently or with the support of an application specialist across key specialties including neurosurgery, ophthalmology, ENT, spine, and plastic surgery.
This position reports to the Sales Manager Italy, Marco Silvestrini and is part of the Medical Division (Surgical Microscopes), located in Lombardia and will be fully remote to cover North of Italy.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

In close collaboration with the Sales Manager Medical Italy and with the support of the European Marketing team, develop and implement an effective sales strategy for the assigned territory to ensure the achievement of agreed financial targets;

Analyze product sales trends against competitors and take appropriate actions to increase market share;

Prepare accurate weekly and monthly pipeline updates in SFDC to support reliable sales forecasting for Medical products;
-
Review and validate the sales funnel, ensuring realistic win probability assessments, and prepare periodic reports on sales performance and opportunities;

Ensure full territory management from a commercial, technical, and application perspective, in close collaboration with the team dedicated to the medical division
The essential requirements of the job include:

Degree in Biomedical Engineering (or equivalent)
-
3–5 years of experience in a similar role
-
Leadership with Channel Partner (Agents/Distributors)
-
Preparation of Public Tenders and related technical documentation
-
Availability and flexibility to travel within the assigned territory

The annual salary range for this role is 46.000 - 63.000 Euro. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
