The position includes a permanent contract, and the offered gross annual salary (RAL) will not be less than €38,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive remuneration package and, upon completing the selection process and evaluating the candidate's experiences, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL higher than the indicated level.
In line with our business model, the final remuneration package also includes a profit-sharing component tied to project outcomes, an individual growth budget of €4,000 net annually, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection phase, in compliance with current company policies.
