We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team at the Castelli Store in Girona. This role combines customer service excellence, stock and warehouse management,with the goal of delivering an outstanding experience to every visitor.

Your mission is to deliver expert guidance on our products and services, ensuring every customer feels supported, inspired, and well advised.
To succeed, you will:
- Participate actively in product and technical training
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude
- Keep the store and warehouse organized for smooth daily operations
- Support the team in creating a premium retail experience
Key Responsibilities
- Follow daily operational guidelines to ensure smooth teamwork
- Keep the store floor and warehouse tidy, organized, and fully stocked
- Check product displays and ensure items are in perfect condition for sale
- Provide courteous, knowledgeable assistance to customers from around the world
- Explain technical features of fabrics and garments with confidence and clarit
- Arrive on time and prepare the store for opening
Qualifications & Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for sports and enjoys interacting with people
- Shows enthusiasm, curiosity, and a strong growth mindset
- Is eager to learn and participate in continuous training
- Maintains a professional appearance and attitude
- Is friendly, kind, and committed to delivering a valuable sales experience
- Speaks Spanish and English fluently
- Knowledge of Catalan is considered a strong asset
