Role Overview:
We are looking for an analytical and motivated Junior Consultant to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will work closely with senior team members to deliver high-impact projects. You will be responsible for gathering data, conducting market research, and developing presentations that drive client decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research & Analysis: Conduct primary and secondary research to support client engagements; analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Problem Solving: Assist in breaking down complex business problems into structured components; develop hypotheses and test them using data.
- Deliverables: Prepare clear, concise, and visually engaging presentations, reports, and spreadsheets for client deliverables.
- Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings, workshops, and interviews to understand business requirements and gather insights.
- Project Support: Support the project team with administrative tasks, project tracking, and milestone management.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field (Master’s/MBA is a plus).
- Experience: 0–2 years of professional experience (internships in consulting, finance, or strategy are highly valued).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables) and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an asset.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills; excellent written and verbal communication; high attention to detail; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
