As a Software Engineer at Ancora, you'll design, build, and maintain features across our platform. This is a hybrid role based in Milan, Italy.
What you'll do
Develop and ship backend and/or full-stack features
Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teammates
Contribute to technical discussions and code reviews
What we're looking for
Solid software engineering fundamentals
Experience with modern backend and/or web technologies
A collaborative, ownership-driven mindset
Fluency in Italian and English
