RadiciGroup and DOMO Engineered Materials are now part of a new industrial group under the ownership of Lone Star Funds. This new structure combines RadiciGroup’s High Performance Polymers and Specialty Chemicals business areas with DOMO’s engineered Materials activities, creating a broader, internationally integrated industrial group.
The Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Manager as part of the Legal & Compliance function, reporting directly to the General Counsel. The role will be responsible for developing and overseeing the Group’s compliance framework, helping ensure that business activities are conducted in line with applicable laws, internal policies and ethical standards. The scope of responsibility will cover both Radici and DOMO entities within the Group perimeter.
Responsibilities
Guide the Group’s global Compliance strategy, aligning regulatory requirements with business goals and risk appetite;
Design, implement and continuously improve a risk-based Global Compliance Program, using a preventive approach to reduce legal and reputational risks;
Manage global governance for key regulatory areas, including D.Lgs. 231/01 in Italy, GDPR/Data Privacy, NIS2, Whistleblowing and ESG, developing and maintaining compliance policies, procedures and guidelines;
Lead compliance integration processes for newly acquired companies or new business units, ensuring alignment with Group policies, internal controls, and standards.
Supervise and improve Customer and Supplier Due Diligence processes (KYC, CDD, EDD) and onboarding procedures;
Analyze emerging international regulations (AML, privacy, trade compliance. Etc.) and assess their impact on business operations;
Approve and coordinate global Compliance training programs to promote an ethical culture in the company;
Act as the primary contact for external Regulatory Authorities, Supervisory Bodies, and Auditors;
Skills and Competences
Strong expertise in compliance frameworks, including anti-corruption, sanctions & export control, competition law, and whistleblowing systems;
A preventive and risk-based mindset, with the ability to find practical solutions that balance regulatory requirements with business needs.
Qualification
University Degree in Law, Economics, Political Science or related fields;
At least 10 years of experience in Compliance and/or legal roles, ideally gained within complex, multinational industrial environments;
Excellent written and spoken English.

Salary range for the position: 90.000 - 120.000 € (the salary will be commensurate with experience and seniority)
