System Engineer:
TXT e-Tech, a company of the TXT Group, is looking for a System Engineer to join an international team involved in the development of an advanced air defence programme.
The selected candidate will play a key role in the architecture, design and integration of advanced Airspace Integration systems, contributing to the development of complex platforms operating in highly challenging flight scenarios.
The project environment is highly innovative, multidisciplinary and international, with strong focus on Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and advanced aeronautical development processes.
Main responsibilities:
Analyze high-level mission requirements and derive system technical specifications, ensuring end-to-end consistency
Develop and maintain complex domain models using Cameo Systems Modeler, following rigorous System Engineering guidelines
Define and detail critical system features, including: Surveillance, Transponding, Collision Avoidance, Weather Awareness
Define and validate sensor performance specifications in collaboration with dedicated technology departments
Integrate Human Factors Engineering guidelines into architectural models to optimize human-machine interaction
Participate in technical working groups within multinational environments, interfacing with industrial partners and high-level stakeholders
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and internal modelling methodologies.
Required technical skills:
Advanced knowledge of MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) methodologies
Hands-on experience with Cameo Systems Modeler
Solid understanding of aeronautical development standards, including certification and safety processes
Domain knowledge related to onboard systems for environmental awareness and navigation
Education:
Master’s degree in: Aerospace Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or related disciplines.
Completing the profile:
Excellent command of English, essential for an international working environment
Strong analytical mindset and structured methodological approach

Ability to work effectively in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments
