The Showroom Specialist will be involved in the presentation of collections, sample management, and the overall smooth execution of the buying process, upholding Fendi's luxury standards. The ideal candidate will act as a brand ambassador, representing Fendi's values and commitment to luxury and excellence in all interactions.
The Showroom specialist will provide operational and administrative support during Fendi's upcoming buying campaigns, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience for all internal and external stakeholders.
Showroom Preparation & Presentation:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring an impeccable environment that reflects the brand’s identity and luxury standards.
- Support in the management of the setup and merchandising of the showroom prior to and during the buying campaign, ensuring all collections are presented according to Fendi's visual merchandising guidelines.
- Maintain the condition of the showroom throughout the campaign, including tidying, organizing, and ensuring all displays are immaculate.
- Secure a correct product training presentation, visual merchandising, and sample management.
Sample Management:
- Ensure that tagging and cataloging is well performed by the dressers.
- Prepare samples for client appointments and ensure their timely return and proper storage.
Client & Sales Support:
- Greet and assist clients and internal teams upon arrival, directing them as needed.
- Assist with order taking and data entry as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Administrative Support:
- Support in coordinating the contact with buyers, key accounts, retail and internal people to schedule buying appointments, meeting and assist them during the sales campaign.
- Support in managing the organisation of activities with catering, models, receptionists, etc.
- Assist in planning, managing and monitoring the showroom’s operating expense budget, ensuring preparation and control of purchase orders.
- Maintain a clear and organized workspace.
- Previous experience in a showroom, retail, or hospitality environment, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to anticipate needs.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian or other languages is a plus.
- A genuine passion for luxury fashion and the Fendi brand.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor.

For new joiners for this role in Italy, the annual gross salary associated with this position is EUR 40.000.
This is only the initial annual gross salary granted to this position. This figure has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria and reflects the starting salary normally applicable to the position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs.
