Position: Italian Pizza Chef
Career Land Center — a global recruitment company — is hiring an experienced Italian Pizza Chef for a reputable restaurant in Kuwait City, Kuwait .
Our client is a well-established restaurant in Kuwait, offering a refined dining experience with a strong focus on quality, presentation, and authentic flavors. They are looking for a skilled Pizza Chef who can prepare exceptional Italian pizzas and create an engaging live pizza-making experience for guests.
- Prepare authentic Italian pizzas, including dough, sauces, toppings, and baking
- Manage the full pizza production process with consistency and precision
- Perform live pizza-making shows for guests with confidence and professionalism
- Ensure excellent food presentation and high-quality taste standards
- Maintain proper food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness at all times
- Control ingredients, stock levels, and wastage within the pizza section
- Work closely with the culinary team to support smooth kitchen operations
- Contribute ideas for pizza menus, specials, and seasonal offerings
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pizza Chef, preferably in an Italian restaurant or premium dining concept
- Strong knowledge of authentic Italian pizza-making techniques
- Confident in hand-stretching dough and working with traditional pizza ovens
- Able to perform live pizza-making demonstrations in front of guests
- Good grooming, professional appearance, and presentable personality
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Positive attitude, discipline, and strong attention to detail
- Ready to relocate to Kuwait
- Valid passport with at least 1 year remaining
