To support our Company’s growth, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Human Capital Support to join our Human Capital Department and gain hands-on experience across key HR processes. You will contribute to administrative activities, recruitment, training & development, internal communication and HR operations, supporting initiatives that foster the professional growth and well-being of our people.
This opportunity involves a six-month fixed-term contract, offering full exposure to HR processes in a high-tech and innovative environment.

DUTIES
As a Human Capital Support, you will contribute to HR operations and key projects across the full employee lifecycle, gaining a comprehensive overview of how a Human Capital team operates in a high-tech, innovative and dynamic environment.
The activities will include (but are not limited to):
- Support the recruiting process by drafting job descriptions, screening CVs, scheduling interviews and contributing to on-boarding activities;
- Assist in the planning and implementation of training programs and internal development initiatives, monitoring progress and assessing effectiveness;
- Support activities related to Health & Safety in coordination with relevant functions, including contributing to the planning and monitoring of medical check-ups and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Support the monitoring of mandatory training regarding the Health & Safety field, ensuring deadlines are met and training activities are tracked and recorded;
- Contribute to internal communication efforts (e.g., HR newsletters, intranet updates, employer branding content);
- Aid in overseeing and coordinating key human resources processes, ensuring alignment with regulations and company procedures;
- Assist in managing personnel administrative deadlines through the preparation and analysis of HR reports;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and formalization of internal HR processes, also supporting process optimization initiatives.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Legal, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Previous academic or internship experience in Human Resources will be considered a plus;
- Excellent written and oral communication in English;
- Proactivity, attention to detail and a structured mindset.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Good knowledge of core Human Resources processes, including recruiting, training & development, and HR operations;
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint);
- Ability to analyze data and present it in a clear and effective manner;
- Familiarity with HR topics such as onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and internal communication processes;
- Flexibility, curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, working under tight deadlines;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders across the organization;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
ADDITIONAL ASSETS
- Knowledge of HRIS tools and reporting systems;
- Interest in space and technology sectors;

Salary range: from 25.000€ to 29.000€

These evaluations will be carried out in alignment with the candidate’s seniority, skills, and experience, as well as with the scope and responsibilities of the role.
