About the role
Acma (https://www.acma.it/en), one of the 21 companies inside Coesia Group, is looking for a Customer Service Analyst to reinforce the Customer Service department.
The Customer Service Development Specialist will play a key role in supporting Customer Service business development through data analysis, performance monitoring and the definition of insights and KPIs to support operational and strategic decision-making.
The role will be responsible for:
- Analyzing Customer Service–related business data, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in support of business and operational decisions.
- Performing data analysis across different geographies and markets covered by ACMA portfolio, identifying performance differences, key drivers, and relevant patterns.
- Monitoring weekly and monthly performance progress, preparing structured reports and summaries to highlight trends, deviations, and areas for improvement.
- Supporting the definition, development, and evolution of KPIs and new value-added analyses for business initiatives, continuous improvement actions, and service development projects.
- Providing support to pricing analyses.
What You Need to Be Successful
Customer Orientation / Customer Service mindset
- Degree in Statistics/Economics/Business Management/Data Analytics or Engineering.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience with data collection, interpretation and data-driven decision-making. Attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good knowledge of Power BI (PBI) and excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint).
- Professional proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
