What You'll Do
Join us for 6 months as a Visiting Associate!
You will be a fundamental part of the team and work alongside some of the world’s top minds in the industry, significantly contributing to the development of diverse topics and support our ambitious growth targets. In this context, you will work hand in hand with C-levels and key decision makers of our clients, while playing a critical role in the firm's project teams, contributing to the analysis, design, and implementation of business strategies for clients across various industries.
You will:
Work on impactful projects that combine a deep understanding of the business with BCG’s trademark strategic expertise
Be part of a team partnering with leading clients to provide solutions to business-critical challenges
Contribute to the day-to-day execution of consulting projects, ensuring the successful delivery of client requirements within the scope of the engagement
Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis for the project execution
Prepare and present findings, insights, and recommendations to both the BCG project team and client stakeholders.
Work across a range of industries and functions
What You'll Bring
We’re looking for exceptional talent to join us. You would typically have:
Graduated with a Master of Science or Master's degree
At least 6 months work experience in structured context
Strong academic track record
Strong logical and analytical skills with outstanding number mindset, with a proactive and creative attitude
Effective in working in a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint at excellent level)
Familiarity with GenAI tools

Compensation Information
Total compensation for this role includes base salary and a benefits package described below. Our Reward Philosophy is to take a holistic approach to offer a comprehensive package which includes market-competitive base salary and benefits that can support both physical and mental health. Our philosophy drives our actions and aims at being competitive, fair and easy for employees to understand. We are committed to ensuring that BCG is the best place for you to thrive and grow.
The annual base salary for this role is EUR 29.800 (pro-rated based on the duration of the employment contract).
