Job Title: Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the face of our company. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, and handling administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees as they arrive at the office; direct them to the appropriate person or meeting room.
- Phone Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional and polite manner.
- Mail & Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and courier packages.
- Administrative Support: Perform basic clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Calendar Management: Schedule and confirm meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Office Supplies: Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Environment Maintenance: Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are tidy and presentable at all times.
- Security: Issue visitor badges and maintain security protocols (e.g., sign-in logs).
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
