DRIVELINE SYSTEM ANALYSIS AND METHOD ENG
The position is requiring involvement into different family of product, through activities covering from design to support product manufacturability and testing
He/she will be part of the core expert team in the Driveline Component Product Line working as part of an integrated global team,
In this position He/she will be in charge about:
Perform System analysis and design on driveline component (gears , bearings, splines , shaft)
Perform durability simulation and optimization
System analysis and performance about driveline components
System analysis for Dynamic Multybody 1D
Methods for design and simulation.
Managing simulation activities related to tractor transmission
Build technical knowledge expertise in CNH transmission
Development of partnership with external supplier for Driveline component.
Development of Universities partnerships.
Manage PhD students
Key Responsibilities
Take part in technical feasibility studies and concept design of mechanical transmission components
Work strictly with the designer and testing during all the development step supporting the process with Simulation
Analyze data from the field for new transmission load spectrum definition.
Ensure compliance with in-house Design Standards and Methods.
Ensure Methods standardization in EMEA, NAR and APCA plants.
Ensure coherence between virtual and physical (move forward to virtual).
Conduct design optimization to meet platform requirements for new product or product already on the market
Work strictly with Testing department in order to ensure the correct testing condition, perform simulation and correlation
Assure proper documentation of technical data generated across the Simulation phases consistency with engineering policies and procedures
Support technical and design reviews also with external supplier
Effectively communicate and provide recommendations through the analysis, preparation and presentation of technical data to the extended team
Share engineering information and promote open dialogue
Experience Required
Master/Phd degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
> 3 years of working experience on transmission design and simulation
Good level English, written and oral.
Knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD systems (CREO)
Office
Simulation software: mainly KISSSOFT/KISSSYS, dynamic software, NVH software, FEA software, driveline software, Matlab, Amesism

Attitude to travel, mainly abroad.
Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is EUR €39,000.00 - €52,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
