Executive Assistant
The incumbent will support the COO in both strategic and operational coordination, contributing to organizational effectiveness and the management of company priorities.
This role will act as a strategic partner, capable of optimizing processes while actively fostering a collaborative environment and effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Support the definition of corporate objectives and monitor key KPIs, contributing to the overall vision and achievement of results;
Lead cross-functional and transversal initiatives, particularly those without a clearly defined owner within the organization;
Act as a liaison between the COO and both internal and external stakeholders, preparing communication materials such as speeches, Board of Directors presentations, and company newsletters;
Filter and manage requests addressed to the COO, independently resolving operational matters and ensuring that management remains focused on high-impact activities.
Requirements
Degree in Economics, Management, Business, or Marketing;
+5 years of experience in a similar role;
Knowledge of the fashion industry and its organizational dynamics;
Excellent knowledge of English;
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Leadership skills and a strong sense of responsibility;
Analytical mindset and solid project management skills;
Discretion, professional presence, and emotional intelligence in handling sensitive and/or confidential matters.
Location: Milan.
Salary range: €50.000 – € 60.000
