Within this growth context, the AI & Agentic Solutions Engineer plays a key role in enabling the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across the organization, shaping scalable AI solutions and supporting the evolution of business processes through agentic and Copilot-based technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop, and evolve AI and Generative AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Microsoft Copilot, and agent-based architectures.
Build and customize AI agents using Copilot Studio and custom agent implementations based on MCP/A2A protocols.
Develop AI services and agents in Python or Java, ensuring code quality, security, and maintainability.
Design and implement cloud-native AI architectures deployed on Kubernetes and integrated with enterprise systems via APIs and microservices.
Configure, extend, and govern Microsoft Copilot solutions in enterprise environments.
Evaluate and integrate different LLM providers and models according to business, security, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases, collect and refine requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring alignment between value expectations and technical delivery.
Support the planning and execution of AI projects, including activity prioritization, coordination with internal teams and partners, and monitoring progress, risks, and dependencies.
Contribute to the definition and evolution of AI roadmaps, standards, and architectural patterns within the AI Chapter.
Promote AI adoption across the organization through best practices, guidelines, and responsible AI usage models.
Contribute to organizational evolution by fostering an AI-driven culture and supporting internal capability growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions.
Strong knowledge of LLMs, agentic architectures, and AI orchestration patterns.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
Experience in building custom AI agents using MCP/A2A protocols.
Solid programming skills in Python and/or Java.
Experience with containerized environments and Kubernetes-based architectures.
Familiarity with microservices, API-first architectures, and enterprise integrations.
Understanding of AI security, governance, and compliance principles (privacy, data handling, logging).
Experience working in Agile or Hybrid Agile delivery models.
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Business-oriented mindset with a strong focus on value creation and problem solving.
Proactive, collaborative attitude and ability to manage complexity across multiple initiatives.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING ALONG?
University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Physics or comparable field
Few years of practical experience in software development with Python (e.g., through internships, working student positions or thesis projects)
Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams (knowledge of Italian and/or German is a plus)
NICE TO HAVE
Some experience in large enterprise environments and complex digital ecosystems.
Knowledge of cloud hyperscalers, with preference for Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS.
Some years of experience in implementing and industrializing AI solutions
Background in system integration and digital platforms.
Experience contributing to standards definition, architectural governance, or chapter-based organizations.
The compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills and the scope of the role, applying objective and gender neutral criteria.
