2–3 years of experience in energy assessments, energy efficiency projects, or sustainable energy solutions, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or district/urban environments.
Demonstrated involvement in EU-funded projects, pilots, or large-scale energy demonstrations is an asset.
The candidate must have expertise in:
Energy systems and energy modelling at building, district, and urban scale.
Energy optimization techniques, including ML-based approaches and decision-support tools (digital twins, forecasting, optimization algorithms).
Renewables, energy grid optimization, waste heat recovery, and demand response / flexibility services.
Control systems and EMS/SCADA/IoT integration for buildings, industrial environments, and districts.
Standards and interoperability frameworks (IEC, ISO) relevant to energy management and smart grids.
Generative AI tools and their practical applications in engineering, data analysis, and documentation; demonstrated proactive approach to adopting emerging AI methodologies in industrial and energy contexts.
