We are looking for a Service Specialist Engineer to join our Aftermarket Team in Robassomero. This is a unique opportunity to work in a global, innovative environment with a strong customer focus.
As part of the Aftermarket team, you will be the key technical reference point for customers worldwide . Your mission will be structured around four core pillars:
- Provide remote technical assistance to field service engineers globally
- Support troubleshooting on industrial compressors and their applications
- Ensure timely and high-quality problem resolution
- Contribute to cross-functional teams for new product development
- Define maintenance strategies, intervals, and service instructions in collaboration with the Design Team
- Identify and define tools required for maintenance
- Maintain and improve service platforms
- Review and optimize spare parts proposals
- Manage and monitor warranty costs , driving continuous product improvement
- Analyze and approve/reject warranty claims
- Define and implement field corrective actions
- Support Sales with technical insights for customer claims resolution
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce and control warranty costs
- Deliver technical training to field engineers worldwide
- Organize and lead:
- Annual global training week (live streamed)
- Periodic training sessions on new product launches
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, and energetic
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organization and time management
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams

- The offered salary starts from €33,000 gross per year , with a higher starting point available for candidates bringing relevant experience and expertise
