About Ivory
Ivory is a new social media platform launching in Europe. We are a meritocratic social media platform shooting to redefine the way that social media works.
Role Overview
The Influencer Acquisition & Social Media Manager will be responsible for building Ivory’s early creator, influencer, and social media growth strategy.
This is a mixed role combining influencer outreach, creator partnerships, content strategy, social media management (within Ivory and on larger platforms), and user acquisition. The goal is to identify the right creators and online voices who can introduce Ivory to relevant audiences, while also managing Ivory’s own social media presence in a way that builds trust, visibility, and momentum.
This person will identify, contact, recruit, and coordinate influencers, creators, academics, student creators, public intellectuals, niche commentators, and relevant online personalities who can help Ivory grow. They will also manage Ivory’s social channels, develop content ideas, support campaign execution, and help turn social attention into measurable user acquisition.
This person will also attempt to insert Ivory into said influencer's content creation spaces, both bringing users from other platforms and bringing active content creators to the platform.
The role is highly strategic and execution-focused. It requires someone who understands online culture, creator ecosystems, short-form content, audience psychology, brand tone, and early-stage startup growth. It also requires creativity, strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to test many low-cost, high-impact growth ideas quickly.
This is an ideal role for someone with experience in influencer marketing, social media management, creator outreach, digital marketing, partnerships, community building, or early-stage user acquisition.
