Job Scope
Corporate Controller ensures the effective consolidation of financial performance and indicators across both Immuno and Molecular divisions.
The role delivers high-quality financial insights –focus: Industrial Finance and Capex - by transforming inputs/data from divisions into a clear and integrated group-level view.
Acting at corporate level, the role requires a strong systems-oriented mindset, with a focus on data integrity, process standardization and continuous improvement of planning and reporting tools.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Consolidate the performance and PL indicators for DiaSorin plants in both Immuno and Molecular divisions
Work with Divisional FP&A for identifying insightful interpretations of trends/variances vs forecast or previous periods – focus: Gross Margin and CAPEX
Ensure and coordinate proper information flows from divisions to Corporate, focusing on accuracy, completeness and consistency at Group level
Report on a regular basis to Group FP&A Director, highlighting and commenting on any deviation from forecast/expectation
Support Group FP&A Director in PL reviews, sensitivity and “what-if” analysis, business cases
Contribute to process standardization and improvement
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
Education :
University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or Engineering. Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
At least 5-7 years of experience in Group Controlling / Corporate FP&A, or a mixed background in Accounting / Audit (Big4) and Controlling
Technical Competencies:
Advanced Excel skills (Power Query and/or Power BI is a plus)
User experience with PowerPoint (as well as all the other Office’s applications)
Strong experience with ERP (SAP preferred) and FP&A / consolidation tools (Oracle – and SmartView- preferred) / Data visualization applications (for instance, Think-Cell)
Good experience in reading and interpreting a full PL, in particular experience in cost/industrial accounting and CapEx management
Knowledge of IAS/IFRS
Skills:
Strong analytical and database-driven mindset, attention to detail and to data quality
Diplomacy and assertiveness at different level of the organization including but not limited to direct reports, peers and top management
Ability to relate with resilience
Communication skills - verbal and written
Problem analysis and problem solving
Project management skills
High level of integrity and discretion

Languages:
Fluent spoken and written English. Fluency in a second European language is a plus.

Open to travel abroad if needed

Gross annual base salary from € 50.000,00
