PRINCIPALI TASK:
- Supporto di 1° livello sugli applicativi e del parco hardware aziendale tramite gestione del servizio di supporto per personale in sede e fuori sede da remoto e si occuperà di raccolta di segnalazioni, gestione richieste di carattere informatico e telematico e risoluzione delle problematiche annesse.
FORMAZIONE ED ESPERIENZE:
- Diploma o laurea in discipline tecniche informatiche
- 1-2 anni di esperienza nello stesso ruolo, preferibilmente in aziende di grandi dimensioni o società di consulenza
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e gradita la conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera
