As a Marketing & Communication Specialist (Junior), you will play a key role in supporting the company's marketing and communication strategy, helping to strengthen Greenvolt Next's brand awareness and market presence
Key Responsibilities

Manage and create engaging content for the company's social media channels, with a particular focus on LinkedIn.

Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, email marketing (DEM), and newsletters.

Support the organisation of corporate events, webinars, trade fairs, and other marketing initiatives.

Develop, update, and maintain marketing and sales materials, including company presentations, brochures, corporate profiles, and reference documents.

Contribute to lead generation activities in collaboration with the commercial team.

Coordinate with the Group Headquarters to ensure alignment on marketing and communication strategies and brand guidelines.

Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and communication partners.

Track marketing performance, analyse campaign results, and prepare KPIs and performance reports to support continuous improvement.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in marketing and communications.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.

Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.

Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proactive attitude, creativity, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
