Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify, and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and forecasts in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of proven sales experience (B2B preferred).
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
