Job Summary**
The Service Provider Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of third-party service providers across JD logistics and supply chain operations in Italy. This role focuses on ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery.
Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategies for service provider selection, onboarding, and ongoing performance management.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) with service providers.
- Monitor and analyze service provider performance against established KPIs and SLAs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and business meetings with service providers to foster strong relationships and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify and resolve operational issues and disputes with service providers in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., logistics, procurement, finance) to ensure seamless integration of service provider operations.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives related to service provider engagement without compromising service quality.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements in service provider management.
- Prepare and present reports on service provider performance and operational metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding service provider operations.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in service provider management, logistics operations, or supply chain management, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing third-party service provider relationships.
- Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery operations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies.
- Fluency in Mandarin, English and Italian are required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
