As a Services Professional - Field Service Engineer, you will play a vital role onsite with our customers. Leading preventative and remedial maintenance activities, collaborating to solve issues and ensure safe, compliant maintenance services are delivered. Continually developing your knowledge and skills to deliver innovative solutions for customers and influence the operational year plan.
As a Services Professional - Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Attend customer sites to provide technical support for on-site installation, periodic maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on X-ray and CT systems.

Take ownership of making key engineering decisions to provide effective delivery of customer solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical guidance for planning activities
-
Contribute to the development of an operational year plan for the department and activities of the team
-
Follow internal project processes to ensure procedural compliance and be able to make adjustments and improvements

To be successful in this role, you will:

Demonstrate a good working knowledge of the maintenance and operation of industrial inspection solutions

Be a self-starter, able to make key decisions and create innovative solutions

Be able to contribute to the development of operational plans

Be fluent in English (oral and written) and have excellent all-round communication skills

Have awareness of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance and potential risks

Be happy to travel to European locations to work with customers on site, mostly Italy, France, and Spain
-
Be home based ideally near Milano and able to travel flexibly, at short notice and be away from home for periods of time
