Italdesign is looking for an ERP Business Application Specialist who will join our ICT department based at our headquarters in Moncalieri.
You will ensure the effective management, evolution, and integration of enterprise application systems (ERP and core business applications), guaranteeing alignment between business processes, application architecture, and data quality, as well as operational continuity during system transitions and data migrations.
Responsibilities

Ensure the operational continuity and reliability of ERP and enterprise applications

Optimize and digitalize business processes through system configuration and continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure seamless application integration and maintain data consistency across multiple systems

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective application solutions

Contribute to application governance and manage the full lifecycle of business applications

Support data migration and application integration activities within transformation programs or carve-out scenarios

Configure, maintain, and enhance ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Succes Factor)

Analyze functional and process requirements and translate them into application solutions

Manage system integrations through APIs and middleware

Support application testing (UAT, regression testing) and release management processes

Monitor application performance and data quality

Provide support to users and key users, including training and handling change requests

Collaborate with vendors and system integrators

Support continuous improvement initiatives for business applications
Key requirements

At least 5 years of proven experience

Knoweldge of ERP enterprise (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Succes Factor) and related functional modules

Knoweldge of business process analysis (Finance, HR, Supply Chain)
- Knoweldge of Database SQL and basic data modelling
- Knoweldge of Application testing and release management
- Knoweldge of Scripting/programming (es. SQL, Python)
Preferential requirements

Knoweldge of application integration (API, REST, SOAP, middleware/iPaaS – es. MuleSoft, Boomi)
Knoweldge of Data management e data quality

Education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required.
