WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
The role within the Sofia Client and Business Development Team is responsible for managing and developing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to business growth.
The position acts as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing their needs, projects, and change management processes. The role also takes responsibility as Project Manager for initiatives involving clients and cross-functional SimCorp teams, including Consulting, Development, IT, and Business Services within SimCorp Italiana.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Business Development
- Translate company targets into action plans for upselling additional modules and services to existing clients.
- Define pricing structures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for new contracts, modules, services, and projects.
- Prepare commercial offerings, RFIs and RFPs in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Participate in customer demos jointly with SimCorp Consultants.
Negotiate and prepare contract renewals and new commercial agreements.

Account Management
- Act as the single point of reference for existing clients for all interactions not covered by the Sofia Help Desk services.
Promote and sell additional Sofia modules and services.

Project Management
- Take on the role of Project Manager for client-related initiatives, ensuring delivery in line with agreed scope, timing and quality,.
- Coordinate cross-functional SimCorp teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
Conduct and lead periodical SOTA (State of the Account) meetings with clients.

Commercial Back Office
- Manage the relationship with clients’ procurement representatives.
- Produce periodic contractual reporting on SLAs.
- Support the calculation and validation of service fees.
