Purpose of Position
We are seeking a Project Manager to help translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans and support delivery across cross-functional initiatives. In this role, you will contribute to the successful execution of projects spanning business, finance, operations, and technology.
This position is ideal for a generalist who enjoys working across teams and disciplines, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to projects while continuing to develop their project management expertise. You will build strong working relationships, navigate ambiguity, and support alignment across stakeholders through clear communication and thoughtful problem solving.
Reporting to the Lead Program Manager, you will join a globally distributed PMO team, contributing to high-quality delivery and continuously improving how we work together.
Key Tasks
- Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects and programs, managing scope, dependencies, milestones, and outcomes.
- Define and enforce fit-for-purpose projects and program documentation, governance frameworks, roles, and decision forums tailored to complexity, stakeholder seniority and organizational context.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the project, promoting alignment, simplifying complexity, and enabling effective teamwork across geographies and levels.
- Monitor project health using metrics, KPIs, and reporting structures to provide leadership with clear, actionable insights.
- Present updates, proposals, and recommendations confidently to senior management, advocating for the perspectives and needs of the project team.
- Continuously assess emerging risks, evaluating impact and likelihood, and work with stakeholders to implement mitigation and contingency plans.
- Support analysis, planning, and change activities to help teams make informed decisions and adopt new ways of working.
- Own professional development, identifying skill gaps and pursuing growth opportunities aligned with role and business needs.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of PMO standards, tools, and ways of working.
Skills & Expertise
- 4+ years' experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or programs in fast-paced, international environments; experience in digital marketing or e-commerce is a plus.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) or relevant degree with applied knowledge of advanced methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Able to adapt your approach to different project environments, balancing structure with a practical, delivery-focused mindset.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience in managing distributed teams and navigating diverse personalities to foster collaboration.
- Confident communicator, able to present ideas clearly and contribute to discussions with a range of stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Analytical and strategic thinker, able to tackle complex and ambiguous challenges, synthesize information, assess options and propose pragmatic solutions even when no clear path exists.
- Able to break down problems, assess options, and suggest pragmatic next steps, even when things are not fully defined.
- Attention to detail and documentation whilst comfortably keeping a benefit-orientated, holistic view of progress.
- Self-driven, accountable, and resilient under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in dynamic environments.
- Models a feedback-driven culture, actively seeking input to improve delivery and leadership effectiveness.
- Curious and proactive about learning new technologies, particularly AI; hands-on AI proficiency is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with project management tools such as Asana is desirable.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
You won't have all those skills. You won't have all that experience. But perfect is the enemy of good enough. If you think your skills and experience are a good fit for the role we describe, we'd love to hear from you.
