Ensure the achievement of the assigned budget, meeting expected sales performance standards, both in terms of margin and customer satisfaction.

Develop direct sales activities toward new customers within the assigned geographic area.

Drive new software sales through hunting activities in the target segment and enhance the existing customer base through upselling.

Collaborate with Company Management in defining prospecting plans and oversee their implementation.

Degree in Law, Economics/Business, or Technical (IT) fields.

2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role and in selling software and services, with a solution selling approach.

Strong interest and passion for the IT sector.

Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Strong ability to work toward targets in complex, modernly structured organizations.

Strong orientation to self-learning, openness to continuous change, and problem-solving mindset.

Proactive attitude and willingness to travel frequently.

Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Background in related industries; experience in selling application software in the notary market is essential.
