We are looking for a brilliant Sales & Account Manager with at least five (5) years of experience in this role and who will be responsible for the following activities:
- Ownership of the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Establish lasting relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Foster new relationships for EnGo through outbound efforts
- Identify customer needs and collaborate with EnGO teammates to ensure customer success with special emphasis on signup, upgrade, and renewal.
- Initiate, negotiate and close new and renewal contracts with customers.
- Communicate and organise/escalate issues appropriately including: billing, legal, security, onboarding, and technical inquiries.
- Provide recommendations and educate customers on new features and releases.
- Monitor and identify adoption and utilisation trends and through market analysis.
- Conduct periodic customer health-checks with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas adopting Agile methodologies.
